LukCode is operated from Poland. By using LukCode and accessing our services, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the LukCode website or services. By creating an account, making a purchase, or accessing any content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Description of Services

LukCode provides educational content in the form of digital e-books focused on SaaS launching strategies and social media growth (specifically X/Twitter). Our services include:

• Free educational e-books (e.g., "My X Growing Strategy e-book")
• Paid e-books and bundles (e.g., "My SaaS Launch Blueprint")
• Pre-order access to upcoming e-books
• Blog content and educational resources
• User accounts and dashboard access

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of LukCode, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may register using Google OAuth or magic link authentication. By using these authentication methods, you agree to their respective terms of service.

5. Digital Product License and Access

When you purchase an e-book or bundle from LukCode, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital content for your personal educational purposes.

What you CAN do:

• Download and access the e-books for your personal use
• Use the strategies and insights for your own business or projects
• Reference the content for educational purposes

What you CANNOT do:

• Share, distribute, or resell the e-books to others
• Reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from the content
• Upload the e-books to file-sharing platforms or websites
• Use the content for commercial training or teaching purposes without permission
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

6. Pre-Orders and Delivery

Some e-books may be available for pre-order with estimated delivery dates. By purchasing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

• Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change
• You will receive the digital product once it becomes available
• Pre-order pricing may differ from final release pricing
• All refund policies apply to pre-orders as specified in Section 7

7. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

LukCode offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid e-books. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Important: Even if you request a refund, you may keep the e-books you have already downloaded. This guarantee is part of our commitment to your success.

To request a refund, you must contact us via email at lukcode1@gmail.com. Please include your order details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your request.

Due to the digital nature of our products, once you have downloaded the content, we cannot prevent you from retaining copies. However, you agree not to distribute or share the content after receiving a refund.

8. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize LukCode to charge your payment method for the agreed amount
• Accept that all prices are in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated
• Understand that promotional codes and discounts are subject to terms and conditions

All sales are final except as provided in our refund policy (Section 7). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on LukCode, including but not limited to e-books, blog posts, website design, logos, and graphics, is the property of LukCode or its content creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The e-books and educational content are provided for your personal educational use only. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the content by purchasing or downloading it.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content may result in legal action and termination of your access to our services.

10. User-Generated Content and Responsibilities

If you submit any content to LukCode (such as comments, reviews, or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit and agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Infringes on the rights of others
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Is defamatory, harassing, or offensive

LukCode is not responsible for user-generated content and reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

11. Data Collection and Privacy

LukCode collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We collect the following types of data:

• Account information (email, name, profile image)
• Payment and transaction data (processed securely through Stripe)
• Session data (IP address, user agent, device information)
• Analytics data (page views, user behavior, UTM tracking)
• Authentication data (via Google OAuth or magic links)

We use analytics tools (including Rybbit) to track user behavior and improve our services. This data helps us understand how users interact with our website and content.

12. Disclaimer

The information provided in LukCode e-books and content is for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and valuable information, we make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information
• Specific results you may achieve by following the strategies
• The suitability of the content for your particular situation

It is not warranted that LukCode will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under applicable law, are excluded and expressly disclaimed.

13. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

LukCode does not give any warranty, guarantee, or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise of the services or content provided.

LukCode shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition, or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims (whether caused by LukCode's negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by LukCode.

LukCode shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that LukCode is deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that LukCode's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the services or products, which amount is calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release LukCode from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims in excess of this limitation.

14. Price Adjustments

As we continue to improve LukCode and expand our offerings, prices may increase. Promotional pricing and discounts are provided at our discretion and may be limited in time or availability. The price you pay at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your order, regardless of any future price changes.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. However, you will retain access to any e-books you have already purchased and downloaded, subject to the license terms in Section 5.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions

LukCode reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue use of our services.

17. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and LukCode as a result of your use of these services.

You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of LukCode. You agree that LukCode will not be liable by reason of any representation, act, or omission to act by you.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
